  • How can I order / inquire it?
  • What are the requirements?
    • There is no requirement on starting GB Prepaid Pocket WiFi.
  • Is there contract?
    • There is no long term contract on monthly pocket wifi service. There is one-month prepaid basis payment. You can stop it anytime you want.
  • What is “Forever Referral” ?
  • How can I pay for initial payment and monthly payment?
    • You can choose either Cash Payment or Credit Card Payment.
      • For Cash Payment, initial payment is made with cash on delivery (C.O.D), and monthly payment is made with cash at convenience store: family mart, Lawson and ministop.
      • For Credit Card Payment, both initial payment and monthly payment are made thru credit card registered at PayPal. Initial payment should be paid before shipment of item, and monthly payment will be scheduled to be recurrent payment once a month.
  • How can I pay at convenience store?
  • Is the signal available at my location?
  • What if no signal was found or speed is slow after receiving the pocket wifi, can I return it and get refund?
    • If there is no signal or speed is slow in the area, we will refund the amount of pocket wifi device price after receiving wifi device and its set. Refund will be done thru bank transfer to bank within Japan only.
  •  Can I use the pocket wifi overseas?
    • Yes some of GB pocket wifi can be used in foreign countries if pocket wifi is openline/sim-free with local carrier sim card. It needs to be setup with APN info of sim. Please inquire available openline/sim-free pocket wifi model.
  • How can I check my GB usage?
    • Customers can check GB usage thru mobile app or wifi web interface. Customers can inquire the GB usage to us but it will take a few days to check the usage.

How to use my pocket wifi for existing customers

  • How can I inquire about my subscription info?
  • When wifi speed is slow or unstable, what should I do? 
    • 1st step: please try to restart your wifi by power off and power on the wifi unit.
    • 2nd step: you may want to check mobile signal. It may be caused by local network issue or construction by mobile carrier.
    • 3rd step: please test connection speed.

    • 5th step: contact our customer service.
  • When my bill is not ready and I cannot pay monthly at convenience store, what should I do?
    • If your payment is delayed for 2 weeks after due date, monthly bill is expired and cannot be paid for monthly internet.
    • And most importantly, the sim in the pocket wifi will be stopped after 2 weeks of due date.
    • For new sim only order, it will be required to pay 3,000 yen + 1month usage with COD by yamato delivery charge.
