Here is Good Branch Summer Reactivation Non-Operation Schedule.

For 100GB WiFI/SIM & Unli. Call SIM, reactivation operation will be closed from August 9th Wednesday to August 20th Sunday.

For Agape Cloud WiFi, reactivation operation will be closed from August 11th to August 13th.

For Sales & Customer Service Operations, we will be open as normal.

How to reset Grace WiFi (JT-101) by pressing a hard button with a pin

1. Power-on the Grace WiFi device.

2. Open the back-cover

3. Prepare a pin or clip. Some pins’ length is short to press the button, so a clip may work better.

4. Insert a clip as below and push & hold a button inside for 10 sec.

5. Then you see the WiFi restarted as below. It’s done now!

How to reset Torch WiFi (FS030W) with reset button

Torch WiFi (FS030W)

At the behind of wifi device, slide cover to open it.
Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. If you see the logo coming up on the wifi screen, and wifi restarts automatically, then reset is successfully done.

How to change WiFi password on Torch WiFi (FS030W)

Make sure to have connection with Torch WiFi [FS030W].
Open web browser at smartphone or pc.
Type “192.168.100.1” at web browser and go.
When a page like below is seen, tap an arrow at left top. If language is Japanese, change to English.
Choose “LAN Settings”->”Primary WLAN Setting”
Set a new WiFi password to “Security Key” and tap “Apply”. Well done to setup a new wifi password.

How to set Monthly GB Usage on Torch WiFi [ FS030W ]

Make sure to have connection with Torch WiFi [FS030W].
Open web browser at smartphone or pc.
Type “192.168.100.1” and go.
When a page like below is seen, tap an arrow at left top. If language is Japanese, change to English.
Choose “Mobile Network Settings”
Choose “Data Usage”
Tap “Enable”
For GB 100GB plan, set 100GB to “Max Data Usage” and choose “Monthly” and set 1 to “Days” as every 1st day of month to be auto reset day. And tap “Apply”. After this, check your wifi device to confirm data usage is set correctly.
